First, log onto the Shandong Airlines' website (www.shandongair.com.cn), click the "Individual Ticketing"button and go to Shandong Airlines B2C e-ticket screen. A registered user may log on this screen and edit his/her personal information.

Step 1: Conduct a flight inquiry based on place of departure, destination and date, select the desired flight option and cabin on the page showing the flight results. Please carefully read corresponding terms shown below the flight and cabin information.

Step 2: An unregistered user may also purchase a ticket. However, you are advised to register yourself on the website before purchasing the ticket so that you can enjoy our premium services.

Step 3: Please enter your flight information and personal information carefully. The information of a frequent flyer can be saved into the system as to facilitate any subsequent ticket purchases. The information on any possible discounts, jointly conducted by Shandong Airlines and a banking institution, if any, will be shown below your contact information. Please read the online ticketing provisions for Shandong Airlines passengers carefully.

Step 4: Check your flight information. In the event of an error, click "Back" button to make any necessary changes.

Step 5: An order number appears, indicating a successful booking. Please remember this number for later inquiries. Click the “Make Payment” button and go to online payment screen.

Step 6: Make your payment. Confirm that the bank's client is Shandong Airlines and make the online payment through your bank card.

Step 7: The ticket is issued. You may have the itinerary printed or have it text messaged or emailed to you as a reminder. Due to limitations on some telecommunication services, China Unicom and UTstarcom subscribers, in addition to some China Mobile subscribers may not receive the text message. Step 8: Arrive at the airport 90 minutes before your time of departure on the day of your flight; go through check-in procedures with your valid identification used when purchasing the ticket online.
