Step 1: log on to the website as a registered user, search the order which you wish to be refunded in "My Reservations"; an unregistered user may search the order record in "Unregistered users' Order Inquiry". Click the corresponding order number and proceed to the "order details" screen.
Step 2: Select the flight for which the ticket has to be refunded, and click the "fill refund application" button.
Step 3: Select the type of ticket refund. If a full refund is requested due to delay or cancellation of the flight on account of the airlines or weather, choose "involuntary refund". If any special explanation is needed, you may enter the reasons for refund. Click the "Confirm" button to submit the refund application.
Step 4: Ticket refund is successfully completed.
Step 5: After submitting the refund application, the passenger may click "Refund Details" on the second screen to review the progress of ticket refund.
