
Step 1: A registered user must first log onto our website and find out the order that is to be rescheduled in "my reservations"; an unregistered user can find his/her booking records in "Order inquiry for unregistered users". Click the corresponding order number and go to the screen for order details.

Step 2: Select the flight that is to be rescheduled, and click "reschedule and change class" button.

Step 3: Select the date of the new flight in reschedule screen and click "Search" to start the process.

Step 4: Click and select your flight, and the number of times a passenger may reschedule a flight and rescheduling fares in the same cabin varies by cabin. If there is no seat in the same cabin class for rescheduling, rescheduling with a change in cabin class is available and the fare for class upgrades can be paid for online.

Step 5: Rescheduling fees or class upgrade fees can be paid for online.

Step 6: Rescheduling is complete.

Notes:
For select special fare tickets, tickets with previously missed flights, tickets containing multiple stopovers, rescheduling and cabin class changes cannot be completed online.
If a passenger is to travel with children when ordering tickets, the rescheduling of adult and child tickets must be conducted separately.
If a ticket needs to be refunded after a class upgrade, handling charges shall be based on the original price of the ticket prior to any cabin class changes and in accordance with other regulations on the refunding of the original ticket.
