
In order for passengers to enjoy better-quality and more convenient self-service, Shandong Airlines Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Airlines") has made online check-in available for our passengers. Any traveler may conduct check-in on the Shandong Airlines E-ticket website. Before conducting an online check-in, you are advised to read the following terms and conditions of service. You must accept the following terms unconditionally before conducting an online check-in:
1. This service agreement applies to all e-tickets issued by Shandong Airlines, with the exception of transferring tickets for a multi-airline itinerary, tickets with unreserved seats, tickets with code-sharing flights whose carriers are not Shandong Airlines, and tickets for international flights.
2. Eligible Applicants: adults and children. Adults refer to ordinary adults, excluding people applying for special services, such as VIP passengers, disabled or ill passengers, disabled persons, disabled revolutionary veterans, police officers, pregnant women, unescorted senior citizens and travelers requiring special diets. To be eligible for online check-in, children must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Infants and adult passengers with infants cannot conduct online check-in for the time being.
4. Online check-in is now available for domestic flights departing from Beijing, Yantai, and Xiamen, and will be gradually implemented at other airports.
5. Check-in for flights departing on the next day may be conducted online after 1:00PM each day. Online check-in services will become unavailable 2 hours before departure time. Tickets already checked at the airport check-in counter may not be checked-in online again.
6. Passengers must arrive at the security checkpoint 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
7. Luggage check-in cannot be conducted online. If any passenger who has completed online check-in has any checked luggage, he/she must arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes before departure to conduct luggage check-in at the Shandong Airlines check-in counter of the departing airport. Luggage must comply with provisions on security inspection, and articles including alcoholic beverages, knife and dangerous tools must be checked.
8. The boarding gate of your flight may be temporarily changed. After arriving at the airport, passengers should pay attention to the flight status display panel or consult personnel at Shandong Airlines counter to determine boarding gate.
9. In the event of a flight change, the seat number may be changed accordingly and the arrangements by airline staff shall be respected.
10. The self-printed boarding pass acquired online shall not be effective unless affixed with common seal of the airport authority's security check. Any passenger holding a boarding pass that does not bear the common seal of the airport authority's security check shall be held liable for any subsequent consequence, such as missing the flight.
11 .Air travelers shall follow the provisions and regulations by the responsible government authorities on valid identification required for boarding flights, and ensure the legality and validity of their identification. Travelers shall be held liable for any consequences thereof arising from or caused by problems such as the discrepancy between the identification and his/her real name or invalid certificate.
12. Anyone who poses as a passenger and conducts a faulty online check-in shall be dealt with by the local public security bureau.
13. Under special circumstances, such as flight delay, Shandong Airlines reserves the right to temporarily shut down the online check-in service.

Shandong Airlines Co., Ltd reserves the right of final interpretation for articles listed in this agreement.
