Step 1: log on Shandong Airlines e-ticket website

Log on Shandong Airlines e-ticket website, you may access the online check-in on the homepage or the log-in page, enter the number of your ID and choose the place of departure, as shown in the picture:

Step 2: Display the information on the passenger's itinerary and the departing airport

Each time you can complete the check-in of one flight only. For check-in of multiple flights on a multi-flight itinerary, repeat the operation after completing the check-in of the first flight.

Step 3: Confirm the information on the passenger's air travel and flights

Confirm the information on your flight, and read the "Online Check-in Service Agreement."

Step 4: Conduct online self-service check-in

Choose your preferred seat to conduct online check-in. Any frequent flyer member may input their frequent flyer card number. Please read the notices carefully on this screen.

Step 5: Check-in Successful

Then two formats of boarding pass pop up on the page: HTML (webpage format) and PDF (which you may open through Adobe Reader). You may choose either one, click to download, save it and print it out.

Log on to the Shandong Airlines e-ticket website. The homepage of the website offers an online check-in toolbar. This toolbar may only appear on the screen after logon. Enter your ID No. and name, choose the city of departure, and click the "Search" button, as shown in the picture:

Step 2: display the passenger's self-service check-in information

1.You may search for information on flights for which you have already checked-in. The system supports the search based on three parameters, including "flight number", "cabin class" and "check-in date".

2．Cancelling online check-in: after selecting the corresponding flight on the check-in inquiry screen, you may click the "cancel check-in" button to have your online check-in cancelled.
