Adults, in this case, refer to ordinary adult passengers, i.e., excluding those applying for special services, VIP travelers, wounded/sick/disabled passengers, disabled revolutionary veterans, police officers, pregnant women, unaccompanied seniors, and passengers requiring special diets. 9.May I conduct online check-in for several people at one time? | | A: | If the tickets you are holding are bought through e-ticket purchasing service on the Shandong Airlines website, our website allows you to conduct online check-in for at most three (3) travelers at one time. You may choose neighboring seats that are available for the people you are checking in. If the tickets you are holding were not purchased from a Shandong Airlines e-ticket website, you may only conduct online check-in for one person at a time. |

12.At the latest, when should I go through security check if I have conducted online check-in? | | A: | You must arrive at security check point 30 minutes prior to the original departure time of your flight. If you fail to reach the boarding gate 15 minutes before the departure of your flight, you may miss your flight. |

13.What should I do if I cannot print out the boarding pass, or if the printed boarding pass is lost after I have finished online check-in? | | A: | You may present a valid ID to the Shandong Airlines check-in counter at the airport and state the reason for the loss. Our staff will re-print your boarding pass. You may also have it printed at Shandong Airlines e-ticket check-in counter. |

14.What type of paper shall I use to print the self-printed boarding pass? | | A: | You can print out the self-printed boarding pass in A4 paper, which contains all information concerning your flight, as well as one-dimensional and two-dimensional bar codes. |

15.May I go through security check and board the aircraft with only the printed online boarding pass if I have no baggage checked? | | A: | Yes. But you are advised to check for any changes to the boarding gate or identify the final boarding gate on the screen at the boarding area. |

16.May I conduct online check-in if I have baggage to check? | | A: | Yes. You may first perform online check-in and then arrive at Shandong Airlines check-in counter at the airport no less than sixty (60) minutes before the departure time, and present your boarding pass to have your baggage checked.
Baggage check must meet the appropriate safety regulations. Alcoholic beverages, knives, dangerous tools and the like must be checked. Each passenger is allowed to carry on board one piece of baggage with maximum dimensions of 20×40×55cm and maximum weight of 5kg. |

17.What should I do if I fail in online check-in? | | A: | You may log on the website to try it again or go to the Shandong Airlines check-in counter or the self-service check-in counter at the departing airport to have your boarding pass printed by presenting your valid identification. |

18.What should I do if I have to reschedule or have my ticket refunded after completing online check-in? | | A: | If you need to reschedule your flight or desire a ticket refund after completing online check-in, you may cancel your check-in (or you can call Shandong Airlines at 96777 or head to the Shandong Airlines counter at the airport, where our staff will cancel your check-in for you). After such cancellation, you may proceed with your desired procedures at your point of purchase. |
