Vegetarian diet is prepared and cooked to Chinese taste, and doesn’t include meat, fish, game, dairy food or any rootstock vegetables, like ginger, garlic, onion, scallion and so on.

The diet doesn’t contain pork, bacon, ham, sausages, animal oil, alcohol, fish without squama, eel, soft-shelled turtle and so on. All poultry and meat are slaughtered and cooked according to Islamic torah.Back
