When accepting the requirements and consigning freight consignment, the shipper shall fill out the “Freight Consignment for Domestic Goods” against his resident identity card or other effective identity certificates, provide the necessary documents and materials and handle the freight consignment procedures to the carrier or its agent.
Departure airport: Answer the customer’s call, determine the service time with him and inquire into the flights to see whether there is suitable one and, when there is, to contact the destination airport for the dispatch, when there is not, to recommend other dispatch ways to the shipper.
