| 1、Enter order inquiry page |
| Put the mouse on the navigation bar “Planning & Booking” of SDA home page, the submenu will appear, then click “Order Inquiry” in the submenu to enter order inquiry page. |
| You may also directly click “Planning & Booking” on the navigation bar and in ticket booking page click “order inquiry” on the navigation bar. |
2、Fill out information |
（1）Registered user
Registered users are required to fill out the information such as user name, password and passcode in the left column of the page and click “login” button. |
（2）Non-registered user
Non-registered users are required to fill out information such as order No., mobile phone number and passcode in the right column of the page and click “login” button. |
3、Enter my booking |
| Click the order No. to be inquired and view the flight information. |
| If “order status” is “pending payment”, you may proceed with the payment or cancel your booking (i.e. delete your order). |
If the “order status” is “ticket issued”, you may order the information to be sent by message, print schedule, online check-in, upgrade/change, seat reservation or apply for refund. |
