1. Fine goods express refers to the small goods for which we negotiate the transportation time limit with the carrier. We provide services in aspect of fine goods express to the customers principally by our express network. For more information, please refer to “Express Services of Shandong Airlines”.
2. Transport Special for Urgent Goods by Air
The transport special for urgent goods by air will be charged 150% of freight N for the ordinary goods transported by air and may be charged at lower rate based on the accommodation condition when the goods weigh over 300kg. The customer can choose to transport the urgent goods by the appointed flight or the earliest flight. Three service methods of airport to airport, downtown area to airport and door to airport are available and the services of loading and discharging for free and informing the transport information from time to time will be provided.
3. Transport of Ordinary Goods by Air
The rates of ordinary goods by air are subject to the direct fares and specific commodity fares promulgated by CAAC East China Regional Administration while the rates of bulk goods are negotiable. One-day prior space booking shall be made for the goods with the weight over 100kg. The goods for which whether the booking has been made or not made because of being lighter than 100kg must reach the destination airport within at least 2 flights before the booked flight; while the goods with the weight no more than 100kg that we have accept to transport must reach within at least 4 flights before the flight that may be arranged. Multiple service methods including airport to airport, door to airport and downtown area to airport are available and the services of loading and discharging for free and informing the transport information from time to time will be provided. 4. Through Domestic Transport by Air
Through domestic transport by air is the air transportation product we provide for delivering the goods to the airport appointed by the customer within agreed time limit by cooperating with the freight transport departments of the destination airports of the direct flights or the strong air transport service companies. The applicable transport categories mainly include: 1. goods transport by infrequent flights; 2. transport by hot flights unable to be guaranteed; and 3. sub-flow of transport of the non-time-limit air transport. The goods generally arrive on the same day it is delivered to be transport or, as the latest time, no later than the next day it is delivered to be transported, unless otherwise specified by the customer and us.
5. Non-time-limit Air Transport
Non-time-limit air transport refers to air transportation product designed for the customers’ goods with lower requirement on time limit than the ordinary goods to be transported by air for which the transport time limit (no later than that for the ordinary goods) needs to be negotiated and determined by the customer and us within 3 days or based on the total volume of goods and multiple transport modes (including direct and transshipment transport modes) may be adopted. The rate may be determined by both parties through negotiation and the specific dispatching plan is negotiable. The transport rate we provide is slightly higher than that of the China Railway Express and the transport time is shorter, which embodies the economic advantage and relative time advantage of the non-time-limit transport.
6. International Transport
We have opened the shuttle flight between Jinan and Singapore with the flight time on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The rate of the air transport is lowest for the transport from our country to Singapore and the goods, by transshipment or through transport mode, may reach a majority of Southeast Asian countries. Besides, we have also opened the shuttle flight between Jinan and Seoul with the flight time on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
