As a front-line department directly under Shandong Airlines Co., Ltd., the Freight Department is a function business department taking charge of the transport of air freight and mails which integrates management, sale and security. This department operates the transportation of domestic and international goods, the receipt and transportation of the goods from Jinan, Qingdao and Yantai to all the large cities over the country and Singapore as well as Seoul and the delivery of goods from all the large cities over the country and Singapore as well Seoul to Jinan, Qingdao and Yantai.

The said department has 4 administrative offices of Business Department, Market Management Office, International Freight Department and Weight Control Center, 10 domestic freight offices respectively in Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Kunming and Xiamen and 8 branches respectively in Singapore, Seoul, Northeast China, Northwest China, Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Chongqing and Guilin.
